CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to keep the appointment unless you provide 48-hour advance notice of cancellation. Any missed appointments (e.g., cancellations with less than 48-hour notice or no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. Attending the session late or leaving the session early will similarly be charged the full session fee.
