Initial intake consists of collecting a thorough psychiatric and medical history, followed by assessment, diagnoses, and treatment with medications. 

◗ Return appointments

Return appointments consist of routine follow ups to check on the current mental health status of the client, further assessment, diagnoses, collaboration with our providers, and treatment with medications.
